Pain Management and Pain Relief

Hypnosis has been used successfully for centuries in the treatment of all kinds of painful conditions, including headaches, cancer, burns, surgical procedures, dental conditions, irritable bowel syndrome, and many other conditions. Whether the pain is as a result from surgery, injury, illness or disease, hypnosis can give substantial relief from acute and chronic pain.

How does it work?
By changing the way the brain interprets and responds to pain signals.

How can I help?
I have been successfully helping people to manage pain for 10 years, employing a variety of different methods to suit the individual’s need:

-Clinical hypnotherapy to give direct suggestions to the subconscious mind that can help diminish the pain and increase the body’s resistance to it.

-Facilitate clients to install their own ‘control panel’ or remote control to reduce pain or discomfort levels should they have an episode.

-Install a ‘glove anaesthesia’ technique, sometimes known as the ‘healing hand’, by giving a sense of anaesthetic power to their hand which they can apply to affected areas to reduce and alleviate pain

-Teach clients to master the simple, natural and powerful techniques of self hypnosis
Contact me now to discuss your specific condition and I will outline a personalised treatment plan to suit your needs. I will give an estimation of how many sessions you may need and the cost. I offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation in person, by phone or email.
