Depression and Feeling Low, Mood Swings, Low Moods and Negative Thinking

Can Hypnotherapy help people with depression?

It is estimated that 1 in 4 people will experience a major bout of depression in their lifetime. Many others will experience feeling low, mood swings, low moods and negative thinking. There are many different forms of depression, all of which have psychological, physical and social symptoms. Anyone can become depressed. It can affect people of any age, sex or background.

I have had some very encouraging results helping people in/from depression with my ‘Turn Your Life around in 6 weeks programme’ here in Brighton. People with depression have also benefited from one off depression treatments for relaxation, stress and anxiety, anger etc., helping them to Beat the Blues, promote positive thinking and stop feeling low. Treatments can be very helpful for people with depression coming off anti depressants under medical supervision.

At your free consultation in Brighton, I will carefully assess your situation to see if hypnotherapy is the best depression treatment for you. It can work well in conjunction with other therapies such as counselling, psychotherapy but I always advise people with depression to talk to their GP and any other treatment provider they are involved with.

Contact me now to discuss your specific condition and I will outline a personalised treatment plan to suit your needs. I will give an estimation of how many sessions you may need and the cost. I offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation in person, by phone or email.
