Anger Management. Brighton.

A natural alternative to anger management and stress management courses.

What is anger?

Anger and frustration are completely normal and usually healthy human emotions. If they become out of control this can lead to problems with health, personal relationships, work and social situations, and the general enjoyment of life.

Some of the most common causes of anger include frustration, hurt, threats, annoyance, and harassment, disappointment, coping with change and feeling powerless.

Hypnotherapy and NLP are effective with anger management because the primary source of anger is the unconscious mind. Anger is not a conscious response - if you could consciously decide to stop getting angry, wouldn't you just do so? The reality is that this would be like asking your conscious mind to forget how to ride a bike. Our body already has natural mechanisms to handle stress and regulate emotions such as anger, but occasionally they need help in operating properly. During my 10 years of experience I have designed a number of anger management techniques to help you be free of anger, allowing you to
  • change and control your reactions
  • manage situations with assertiveness and not aggression.
  • bring about positive and lasting change.

Contact me now to discuss your specific condition and I will outline a personalised treatment plan to suit your needs. I will give an estimation of how many sessions you may need and the cost. I offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation in person, by phone or email.
